Optimus Reset
Privacy policy
Effective October 1, 2026
Optimus Reset LLC (26131 Kuykendahl Rd, Unit 301, Tomball, TX 77375) operates this website. This policy describes what the site actually does with information. Questions go to info@optimusreset.com.
Information you give us
The contact form sends your name, email, optional phone number, and message through Resend to info@optimusreset.com. We use these details to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information in the form. Booking happens on Mangomint, which collects the details needed to schedule a visit. If you create a member account, we store the account email and profile you submit so we can sign you in and show your visits.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 by default unless you opt out to understand which pages and booking actions people use. Those events include the page path and, for a booking click, the service id. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, including session recordings. Those optional tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, run appointments, keep member accounts working, and understand whether the site is clear. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Resend processes contact-form messages for email delivery. Google receives analytics events. Microsoft receives Clarity session data. Mangomint receives booking details when you schedule. Our hosting and account provider (Vercel and Supabase) process site traffic and member sign-in. Each of those companies handles data under its own terms.
Your choices
Optional tracking runs unless you opt out. Use Cookie settings in the footer to turn off analytics or session recordings separately. Not answering the notice does not opt you out. Your preference stays on this device until you change it or clear site storage. Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop optional tracking. Booking remains available without optional tracking; Mangomint processes booking information when you open its booking service. You can also block cookies in your browser, and you can email info@optimusreset.com to ask about member-account information we hold. Blocking cookies may limit analytics and booking.
Wellness services on this site are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. See also our contact page.
